Okay, I'll tell you.. But I'm not the one who makes this scroll box. I'm just sharing it to you. I got this from another blog.

How to get this scroll box?
First, go to your blogger dashboard. Then click "create a new post".
After that, you click "HTML" button instead of compose button.
Then, all you need to do is just copy and paste the code below:
